The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

For children living in under served communities, social distancing and school closures are life-altering shifts. The U.S. Soccer Foundation is working tirelessly to keep kids and their families active and connected to our coach-mentor network during this challenging time. They need your help to give the Foundation team the vital resources to create Soccer for Success at Home and deliver it to families week after week.

If you can support them during this critical time, please make a gift to the Foundation today.

DC Scores

With DC schools closed and distance learning taking place until at least April 27th, DC SCORES has created a series of at-home soccer and writing activities for children that will keep their minds and bodies active until they can join their teammates back in school. SCORES at-home activities are created with SCORES participants in-mind but are appropriate for all students in grades 3-8 (for grades K-2, check out our Junior Activities at the bottom of the page!). Each activity takes about 20 minutes to complete. We recommend either printing a copy of each PDF to complete the activity or you can access the PDFs from a computer or mobile device and complete the activities on your own paper.

We will be releasing new #SCORESatHome programming each weekday.

CHECK BACK DAILY!

Share your challenges with us for a chance to win a prize or be highlighted on our social media! Email [email protected] or tag #SCORESathome on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or TikTok.

Build your own Kick Wall

kickwalls_logo

A kick wall is a must for any soccer player. Technique is so important. Key components of technique include being able to properly pass a ball with the right amount of weight and receive a ball with the correct touch - a wall provides a great space to work on perfecting these elements. When practicing alone, using a wall can be a game changer for players who want to own their development.

free kick wall plans herE!

I built the kick wall you see on the homepage five years ago for my son. It's literally weathered snow, rain, cold, heat, and 1000's of hours of use and is still standing. The feedback from a wall is perfect - you will get back what you put in.

You can watch videos of the kick wall getting some use, look at free plans to build your own kick wall, and check out what others built.

If you have access to a kick wall what are you waiting for? Go use it! if you don't, or are interested in another option, I provide free plans to build a kick wall that is a perfect size, solid, and cost under $40 in materials.
