The COVID-19 crisis has affected every aspect of our personal and work lives. Clubs and MSYSA are striving to better understand their rights and obligations to each other and to themselves. As we all know, the soccer landscape can be confusing at times with so many guidelines and organizational needs that may seem to distract us from our ultimate goal
of ensuring the very best for our players, coaches, clubs and organizations.
Many of these guidelines and needs are very applicable in the current crisis. In addition to all our soccer needs, the federal government as well as state and local governments have implemented emergency measures that need to be enacted without the usual time to digest and determine the best way to move forward.
The legal environment as it applies to this crisis changes so rapidly that it seems almost impossible to stay current, but Clubs and MSYSA alike have no choice!
THURSDAY APRIL 2ND:
