The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Covid Policies and Self-Assessment


Covid - 19 Self Assessment

All players and staff must complete this self assessment on the day of EVERY training session and event:

  • I have had no fever for at least three days without taking medication to reduce fever during that time.
  • I have had none of the following symptoms in the last seven days: fever or chills, cough (either new, or different than your usual cough), sore throat, shortness of breath, loss of the sense of smell or taste, or any flu-like symptoms.
  • I have not tested positive for Covid-19 within the past 10 days.
  • I have not been in close (less than 6 feet) contact with someone with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 within the past ten days OR I am fully vaccinated.


Covid - 19 Policy Information (updated 9/7/22)

Please note these policies must be followed at all times. Failure to do so may result in program suspension. 

  • Before the session:
    • Prior to attending each session, all players (and staff) will review the self check listed above and by participating are indicating their health status and lack of potential exposure
      • Anyone unable to indicate that they are healthy and have not been exposed should remain home until they have been cleared by their medical professional to return to play
      • No person will be discriminated against based on health status or potential exposure
      • While players are not able to participate in a particular session(s) due to exposure or potential exposure to Covid-19, they will be provided a fair opportunity to participate once healthy 
  • Masks:
    • It is recommended that all people (players and staff) wear at all times unless they are able to stay more than 6' away from others or are actively engaged in play (players may wear during play if they wish)
  • Social distancing:
    • It is recommended that all people whenever possible should maintain 6’ from anyone who they do not live with unless they are actively participating in play
    • This includes players during water breaks and in group discussion with coaching staff
    • This includes players who are substitutes  
  • During Sessions:
    • All players should bring their alternative jersey in the event of color conflicts during the session (tryout shirts will be worn until kits are delivered, than jersey colors will be assigned each week, players should continue to bring all jerseys)
    • On the sidelines player gear should be placed 6’ apart
    • Players may wear masks during play if they wish, they are not required 
    • All players must leave their field immediately at the end of their scheduled session
