The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Referee Incident Reports

If you are involved in an incident as a member of a referee crew such as referee assault, abuse, or coach misconduct, you must fill out a US Soccer Referee Report for the game as well as a Supplemental Report detailing the incident. Reports should consist of only the facts of the incident and use proper terminology from the Laws of the Game. Definitions of the terms can be found by visiting the US Soccer Referee Resources page.

To file the report properly, referees shall transmit a written report of the alleged incident, within forty-eight (48) hours of the incident (unless there is a valid reason for later reporting) to the MSYSA Adjudication Chair and the State Youth Referee Administrator. Contact information can be found below.
