The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

All recreational players are required to be registered with MSYSA. Clubs will pay a registration fee of $7.75 per player, per year.

MSYSA hosts registration windows August 1-September 15 and March 1-April 15 to accommodate varying registration periods across the state. An excel/csv spreadsheet containing the following fields for each recreational player MUST be  submitted to MSYSA prior to the end of the registration window:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Gender
  • Date of Birth
  • Address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip
  • Phone Number
  • Parent One First Name
  • Parent One Last Name
  • Parent One Email/UserID

To have your recreation players uploaded to GotSport, SEND your completed Excel/CSV spreadsheet to Jessica Hafer VIA EMAIL at [email protected]. DO NOT UPLOAD THE DOCUMENT TO GOTSPORT

If you have further questions regarding uploading players please contact Jessica Hafer at [email protected] or 410-330-8692

PLEASE NOTE:

  • We recommend that you work with your database provider to ensure that all the required information gets exported.
  • Clubs should do their best to minimize the number of spreadsheets provided to MSYSA each year.
  • An invoice for every player listed on every spreadsheet submitted to MSYSA each seasonal year will be issued.
  • It is the responsibility of the club to remove duplicate player registrations to avoid additional registration fees.

Players are not considered properly registered, and therefore not covered by insurance, until both the spreadsheet and payment have been received from the club.
