The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Risk Management

MSYSA is continuously improving our overall risk management activities and programs and works with all member organizations to minimize the risk associated with all aspects of running a soccer club or league. This includes training, education, consultations, and personal visits.

MSYSA has taken an active stance regarding risk management and requires all adults with unmonitored access to children to complete an adult registration and complete expanded background checks and searches. Additionally, all registered adults are required to have their MSYSA adult credential with them in all youth soccer environments.

The Club Risk Manager or President has certain responsibilities that are required of them to help meet the obligations under the SafeSport Act and help with the implementation of new Policies and Procedures required by U.S. Soccer.  All MSYSA adult members, and member organization’s adult members, must satisfy Risk Management requirements.

Youth soccer administrators are encouraged to familiarize themselves with our insurance information and the policies in the following areas:
