The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

How to EDIT a State Cup Roster

 

IMPORTANT NOTE

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO COMPLETE ANY OF THE STEPS BELOW FOR ADDING A PLAYER AND THAT PLAYER IS FLAGGED – YOU MUST CONTACT YOUR CLUB ADMINISTRATOR AS YOU DO NOT HAVE THE APPROPRIATE PERMISSIONS TO ADD CLUB PASS PLAYERS

 

  • The Primary Team Contact (PTC) should log into the Club/League Connect portal (Stack Sports). Click here to find your club admin login page: http://www.msysalive.org/directory
  • Make sure you are clicked on the blue “EVENTS” tab at the top left of club homepage
  • Navigate to and click on the correct team using the folder tree on the left hand side
  • Once the selected team shows up on the right hand side of the screen look for the “League & Tournaments” section and click MANAGE ROSTER

 

  • For a CLUB PASS player addition
    • Scroll to the bottom of the State Cup roster player list and select ADD A PLAYER
    • Fill in the first name and last name field (full legal name, no nicknames)
    • Fill in the birthdate field
    • Enter the Jersey number
    • Contact information will auto populate the other info fields if the added player information is accurate according to the Stack Sports database
    • To finalize the roster you must hit the SAVE button

 

NOTE:

  • Guest players are NOT permitted on your State Cup Roster.
  • Players on your State Cup roster must all be primary rostered players.

How to Print a State Cup Roster

  • The Primary Team Contact (PTC) should log into the Club/League Connect portal (Stack Sports)
  • Navigate to the correct team using the folder tree on the left hand side
  • Once the selected team shows up on the right hand side of the screen look for the “League & Tournaments” section and click MANAGE ROSTER
  • Now while inside your State Cup Roster, at the top of your roster (above the "coaches" section) over to the right hand side you will click the blue "Print" button
