The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
Pursuant to US Youth Soccer Rule 221, all teams that compete in State Cup (except U19) must compete in a fall, winter, or spring league during the same seasonal year that qualifies through affiliation with MSYSA and is sanctioned by USYS.
League competition must consist of a minimum of one game against each of at least three different opponents for qualification. The list of Qualifying Leagues, as well as their league codes, can be found below.
