Despite the unorthodox climate, MSYSA Coaching Education still experienced a successful year. 445 coaches received licenses from 29 courses hosted by 14 clubs. An additional 386 coaches completed their grassroots licenses through online courses. 

Over the past few years, we have increased our efforts to license as many youth coaches as possible. In 2019, we grew from 2 licensed instructors to 14 and have since recruited another 6 trainee instructors. 

Our goal is to serve the soccer community by increasing the quality of the experience by educating coaches. US Soccer strives to make soccer the preeminent sport in the US: the most beloved, most participated, and most supported. Every child deserves the opportunity to be coached by a licensed coach.
