The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Law Changes for 2019

The International Football Association Board (IFAB) released several key changes to the Laws of the Game. In Maryland, these changes are in effect beginning with the Fall 2019 season.

These changes were made to help encourage a faster pace of play with less down time, clarified what is/is not handling, and introduced the ability for referees to give a card to bench personnel, and better maintain the spirit of the game.
